The Resort is located in Costa Rei, one of the most charming areas on the southeastern coast of Sardinia, directly on the splendid golden sandy beach of the same name. It is situated on a natural amphitheater along the slope of a hill descending to the sea. With its position, lush Mediterranean gardens, ample spaces, proximity to the charming village of Costa Rei, and offered services, TH Costa Rei is an ideal place for perfect summer vacations with family or friends. Starting from the village, walking along seven kilometers of fine sand through the surrounding coast, you can fully experience the sea, its colors, and its unique cliffs. It is a privileged starting point, easily reachable from the Cagliari airport, to discover some picturesque agricultural and tourist villages such as Muravera, Castiadas, and Villasimius.

TH Costa Rei Free Beach Resort offers 400 rooms, including 305 Classic and Classic Sea View types, each with a single environment, bathroom, and private patio facing the resort paths or an equipped balcony with sea view. There are also 95 Superior rooms, named Superior and Superior Sea View. Superior rooms face a small private garden with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, while Superior Sea View rooms have a large, equipped panoramic terrace with sea view. All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, TV, minibar, and safe.

The Centrale restaurant, located in the central square, is air-conditioned and primarily reserved for guests in Classic and Classic Sea View rooms. The Moby 1 restaurant, located by the sea, is reserved for guests in Superior Sea View rooms, while the Moby 2 restaurant, also with a sea view, is reserved for guests in Superior rooms. The Bouganville restaurant, with a sea view, is primarily reserved for guests in Classic Sea View rooms. The opening and closing of the restaurants are at the discretion of the management. All restaurants offer a buffet service with included beverages and assigned tables. There is also the possibility, upon request, for cuisine catering to food intolerances (basic packaged food items provided with meals), which must be reported at the time of booking and is subject to reconfirmation (the resort does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking).

All Inclusive

Throughout the stay, free* espresso coffee, ice cream, and soft drinks are available. Additionally, from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM, spritz, non-alcoholic aperitif, prosecco, draft beer, limoncello, house liqueur, and sambuca are offered. Beverages included with meals (filtered water, still and sparkling, draft white and red wine, beer, cola, and orange soda). In the evening, from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM, spirits (Rum, Vodka, and Gin) and cocktails (menu indicated at the bar). Afternoon snack for children at TH Land.

*Premium alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks, packaged ice cream, snacks, and items not included in the All Inclusive are available for an additional charge.

TH Land Smart is a program specifically designed for children’s and teenagers’ vacations. The program is divided into 3 age groups with respective schedules:

TH Baby – 3-5 years (10:00 – 12:30, 15:00 – 17:30, and 19:15 – 21:00).

TH Mini – 6-10 years (10:00 – 17:30 and 19:15 – 21:00).

TH Young – 11-17 years (10:00 – 17:30 and 20:00 – 21:30).

The TH Land staff organizes play and sports activities throughout the day. Here’s what our young guests can expect:

Every day during TH Family Time, special events are organized for children and parents, including fun activities like sliding on a soapy tarp, color games, and treasure hunts throughout the village. Everyone is invited, including kids spending the day at the beach with their parents. The meeting is scheduled for 5:00 PM, followed by a tasty snack. Each evening, the TH Dance event takes place in the village theater, where Super T and Lady H teams compete, followed by dancing. Guaranteed TH Land service from June 9 to September 14.

THinky Card

The THinky Card is our mandatory option for families with children aged 0 to 2 years (not yet completed). This card offers a range of services and equipment, including a crib, changing table, bottle warmer, baby bath, and high chair. Additionally, it includes a “Baby Box” with baby products, a meal service with daily prepared baby food by our chefs, and a courtesy set for the little ones.

During the day, there will be games and events for both adults and children. In the evening, you can enjoy live music and evening shows at our theater, followed by late-night dancing to music.

With our emotion pool featuring 6 hydromassage jets, you can immerse yourself in pure pleasure, while the emotional showers pamper you with a mix of revitalizing sensations.

Indulge in pure relaxation in our Turkish bath, where the warm steam helps release a year’s worth of toxins. Our expert massages relieve stress by relaxing tense muscles.

For those who love active vacations, the resort offers a gym, a pool, 6 tennis courts (2 of which are multipurpose for soccer, with night lighting for a fee), 2 padel courts, a freshwater pool for adults with a children’s area, bocce, and beach canoes. Guests can also enjoy a rich daily fitness program: power gym, soft gym, and aqua gym. Adjacent to the private beach is a nautical/diving center with rental options for pedal boats, SUPs, inflatable boats, catamarans, and sailing boats. The diving service offers diving, apnea, snorkeling courses, and classic diving trips for a fee.

Our TH Tennis School* is the perfect opportunity to develop a passion for tennis and padel. Group lessons for adults and children are free and scheduled five days a week, providing a dynamic learning experience in an engaging environment. A demonstrative padel lesson reveals the secrets and techniques of this exciting sport. Group courses start with a minimum of 4 participants. Individual lessons are available for a fee. Additionally, the TH Tennis Free Play option offers free access to courts for casual play.

Tournaments

Our sports tournament offerings are key to making your vacation unforgettable. You can participate in exciting challenges to enjoy your beach holiday uniquely. Participation in the tournaments will be celebrated through the “Summer Slam,” a ranking that honors skills and commitment in the fun challenges of all the resort’s sports tournaments. This engaging ranking will be presented in the theater by the animation team members.

Through the TH WORLD app, you can discover daily events and services offered by the hotel. You can view menus, book sports activities, and stay updated on the animation program. TH Costa Rei welcomes small pets (up to 10kg). Pets must be vaccinated and kept on a leash within the property. The TH World app indicates areas for pet needs. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and pool areas. Rooms include a bed and bowls for your pet, as well as a door sign to inform housekeeping of the pet’s presence. You can arrange cleaning times with housekeeping to ensure a comfortable stay for your pet.
